Text message proof of consent
This page documents how customers opt in to receive text messages from Koala Coolin LLC, what those messages contain, and how to opt out at any time.
How recipients opt in
Consent is collected through the web form shown on this page. A visitor enters their own mobile phone number and must actively check the consent box — it is never pre-selected, and the form cannot be submitted without it. We also collect consent verbally when a customer books service by phone and asks to be texted, and by reply when a customer texts us first at (754) 282-7082.
We only message people who gave us their number themselves. We never buy, rent, or share phone lists, and mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
What we send
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Technician dispatch and arrival updates
- Estimate and invoice notifications
- Account and payment activity
- Occasional promotional offers and maintenance reminders
Program details
Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per month, depending on your service activity.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan.
Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Consent is optional: Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
